First outing of the new Strathclyde Lichens Group

Dave Mellor is leading a lichen trip to Shieldhill Glen on Tuesday 12th March.
It’s an outing of the newly formed Strathclyde Lichens Group and will be meeting at the Cornalees Bridge car park, Greenock Cut Visitor Centre at 10.00 am.

Learn to ID trees in Winter

This Sunday, 18th February, Paisley Natural History Society are having a Winter Tree Walk at Jenny’s Well Nature Reserve in Paisley. As we walk round the reserve we’ll be looking at clues to help us identify the different tree species to be found there. Join us at 1.30pm at the entrance on Jenny’s Well Road.
