Welcome to the 2023/24 talks programme

Message from our Chair

Hi Everyone

I hope you’ve all had a marvellous summer being out and about in the field, looking at our amazing natural history – home or abroad. Please send in your pictures too, either on Facebook, Twitter and hopefully we’ll have our own Instagram site up and running too in the not to distant future. I’m pleased to see our field outings have been well attended by our members, come rain or shine, and long may this continue. Please check out the trip reports on our website/social media outlets.

You will see we have an interesting and varied Autumn/Winter Programme lined up for you during 2023/24. My thanks again to our proactive committee members – new & old who are making this all possible, along with our enthusiastic membership, we are surely going from strength to strength. Looking forward to seeing you all again in September for our first talk on Golden Eagle reintroduction to Southern Scotland.

Thanks

Tom Byars, Chairman.
